Fire Safety Training in London

Our General Fire Awareness Course is approximately 1 hour long and can accommodate a maximum of 20 attendees. The cost may increase for groups larger than 10 due to the longer duration of the course and the increased number of questions and Q&A sessions. It is important to have a large enough room for all attendees to be seated comfortably without overcrowding or standing.

During the training, delegates will gain an understanding and awareness of basic fire safety issues that are relevant to their workplace. This includes actions to take upon discovering a fire, hearing the alarm, and using fire-fighting equipment such as extinguishers and blankets. We also cover the importance of fire doors, fire exits, and assembly points, as well as how to operate the fire alarm and conduct weekly testing. Our goal is to ensure that all attendees are prepared and equipped to handle a fire emergency in a safe and effective manner.

Our Fire Marshal / Warden course is approximately 3 hours long and includes a useful PowerPoint presentation and videos to accompany the training. The course is suitable for a maximum of 20 attendees and requires a large enough room for all attendees to be seated comfortably without overcrowding or standing.

During the course, delegates will receive training relevant to the role they have volunteered for, including an understanding of their duties and responsibilities. In addition to the content covered in our General Fire Awareness Course, such as actions to take upon discovering a fire, using fire-fighting equipment, and evacuating safely, the Fire Marshal/Warden course also covers legislation, human behavior, principles of fire development, incident response and management, search and sweep techniques, mobility impaired procedures, and accountability.

We also offer the option to add a £200 surcharge for the discharge of extinguishers, which is very popular and requires a reasonable amount of outside space. This allows attendees to gain hands-on experience using fire-fighting equipment and increases their confidence in handling a fire emergency.
